Package and Postage

Once you have added your goods to basket, a delivery charge will be shown, £2.50 is added for "Recorded Delivery" Multiple orders of a certain weight or order values of more than £150.00 will be sent by special delivery with a cost of £5.95 including insurance, inside the U.K).
Please allow up to 7 working days for deliver. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you with an estimated arrival or give you the opportunity to choose other styles.

Returns from the customer:
"Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days from the day following receipt of the goods in which to cancel this order. Cancellation may be made by phone or email". You will have received your rights to cancel via automated e-mail.
You, the consumer will be responsible for paying for the returned goods, we recommend that a receipt of postage by the Royal Mail or Recorded Delivery. When sending your return we would ask that the goods are sent back in the original packaging, with outer protection, such as a box; in the same pristine condition as was sent to you, with the HANG TAG attached and not cut. We ask that you take reasonable care of your wig/hairpiece in not exposing the wig/hairpiece in a room where people smoke and that the wig does not come into contact with food smells, perfume or other odours. If you return sprays, shampoos or other sundries, these must be un-used. We do not accept returns outside the EEC.
Due to the personal nature of wigs and hairpieces and for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs or hairpieces that have been worn, cut, brushed or restyled.
We ask that if you return your delivery note with the package, this will allow us to refund your account quicker.
If your returns comply with the Distance Selling Regulations, you will be granted a full refund. If you return multiple wigs, a small charge will be made to cover postal charges.
If you feel that the goods are deemed to be faulty please return the goods immediately within the 7 day period and we will inspect the goods and let you know. This does not effect your statuatory rights. All goods are inspected and varified before leaving our premises.

Refunds:
Please allow approx 3 - 4 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address where your Order Confirmation email was sent).
After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This timescale is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. (N.B Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will call you for your new card details.

Personalised and custom fittings:
We welcome you to arrange an appointment for a consultation. Please telephone 0207 731 4066 between 9.30am - 4pm. We charge £25.00 for the consultation, but upon purchase of any wig we will discount this charge. Any wig that is worn as fitted when leaving the premises cannot be exchanged.

Shade Matching:
Can I send in a hair sample for you to match my colour?

Yes, Internet Wigs will be happy to help you select the right colour by matching your hair sample to the closest available wig/hairpiece colour. Please tape a piece of hair to a white A4, and if there are two shades to match, state the dominent shade please. Send this with an enclosed letter, stating which piece or wig model you wish it to be matched to. Please send to the address below, with email and telephone details

International Orders :
We can accept International orders. We cannot accept returns from USA due to the time schedule. We will use Royal Mail International Signed for services to deliver your goods (approx 10-15 days) if your goods are in stock, you will be informed by E mail when your goods have been dispatched
